3.Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted or that belongs to you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing:Your physical or electronic signature.Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, an applicable jurisdiction), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
4.Repeat Infringers
Novels Cafe will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
5.Removal of Content
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will notify the user who posted the content, where applicable.
